Remote audio access will be available for the Motion for Preliminary Injunction hearing in the case of State of Arizona, et al v. Environmental Protection Agency, et al, under case number 2:25-cv-0215-TMC. The hearing is scheduled to start at 1:30 p.m. PDT on Thursday, January 8, 2026.
