Remote public audio access will be available for the Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) hearing in the case of Hoffman, et al. v. Washington State House of Representatives, et al., according to an announcement from the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. The hearing is scheduled to take place at 1:30 p.m. PDT on Monday, March 9, 2026.

This arrangement allows individuals who are not able to attend in person to follow the developments in this case remotely.
